Cook Forest 2008
February 29 - March 2
Cook Forest, located just 120 miles north of Greensburg, is one of America's Top 50 National Park.
This weekend, however, we had a major snow storm. Normally, it takes 2 hours, this trip - 6 hours. We sat on Route 66 south of New Bethlehem, watching tractor trailers slide off the road, saw several cars wrecks, but most importantly... we safely made it to our cabin. Saturday, when we woke up, there was 16 inches of snow on the ground. This cabin is owned by Stone Crest Cabins, Wagonwheel is the cabin we stayed at.
